What To Expect:
Your first visit will consist of a comprehensive evaluation and assessment of your condition. We will exam your medical history, movement patterns, functional mobility, and activity performance to coordinate your prognosis. Through this assessment we can determine the root cause of your condition. We will utilize the information gathered in our initial examination to create a plan of action/care that will address your goals and specific needs.
What To Wear:
Make sure to wear comfortable loose clothing such as a t-shirt and shorts or sweatpants. Your therapist will need to have access to whatever area of your body that needs to be treated. Proper shoes are also necessary for a full assessment and participation in therapy. We recommend sneakers since you may be moving around more than you normally do.
Prior to your first visit with Reaction Rehab Physical Therapy we advise you to use our
Online Intake Forms to allow you and your therapist more time together.
